I Have An Idea provides AI-powered business idea analysis and business plan generation services. Our platform allows users to share their business ideas, receive automated analysis, and optionally purchase detailed business plans.

2. User Accounts and Registration

2.1. Some features of our Service may require you to provide an email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

2.2. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your email address and for maintaining accurate account information at all times.

3. User Content and Conduct

3.1. You retain ownership of any content you submit through our Service, including business ideas and descriptions (“User Content”).

3.2. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Service.

3.3. You agree not to submit any User Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1. The Service offers business plan generation for a one-time fee. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase.

4.2. No Refunds Policy: Due to the digital nature of our business plans, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a business plan has been generated and delivered, no refunds will be provided.

4.3. If your business plan was not delivered due to a technical error, please contact our support team for assistance.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

5.1. Our Service utilizes artificial intelligence to analyze business ideas and generate business plans. While we strive for accuracy and quality, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI technology may produce content that contains errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
• Business analysis and plans are generated based on patterns learned from data and may not account for all relevant factors or unique circumstances.
• The Service provides general guidance and should not be considered as professional business, legal, or financial advice.
• AI-generated content may not always reflect current market conditions, regulations, or industry specifics.

5.2. You should exercise your own judgment and seek professional advice before making any significant business decisions based on our Service.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Our Service, including its features, functionality, design, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any portion of our Service without our prior written consent.

6.3. For business plans you purchase from our Service:

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the business plan for your personal or business purposes.
• You may not sell, sublicense, or distribute the business plan to others.
• You may use the ideas and strategies outlined in the business plan to develop your business.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Service.

7.2. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the past twelve (12) months.
