3. AI Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

CRITICAL NOTICE REGARDING AI OUTPUTS:

The services provided by ihaveanidea.app utilize Artificial Intelligence. AI systems are known to occasionally produce "hallucinations" or factually incorrect information. You agree that:

  • We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any generated content.
  • You are solely responsible for verifying any information, code, legal suggestions, or financial data produced by the service.
  • ihaveanidea.app is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or technical advice.
  • We shall not be liable for any business losses, failed ventures, or damages resulting from your reliance on the generated content.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain rights to the specific business ideas and inputs you provide.

Generated Content: Upon payment and generation, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the generated Blueprints for your business purposes. However, due to the nature of AI, we cannot guarantee that the generated text or code is unique or that similar content will not be generated for other users.

5. Payments and Refunds

Some features of the Service are billed on a one-time or subscription basis ("Paid Services"). All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, primarily in cases of technical failure of the service.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassment, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to terminate access to any user who violates these terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
