By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms provided during the course of our services.

We leverage a range of third-party AI models and tools to generate business plans, research reports, and technical documents. While we take great care in tuning and testing these models, AI-generated outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies or errors. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any output produced using AI.

By using our platform, you acknowledge the potential for such inaccuracies and agree that I Have an Idea cannot be held liable for any decisions made based on this content.

We also integrate with third-party services, including Stripe for payment processing. By subscribing to our service or making a payment, you agree to be bound by Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

Our platform operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan) via Stripe.

All pricing is listed in your local currency or USD where applicable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once a charge has been processed.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

We strive to provide highly accurate and useful business plans, competitor insights, and technical documentation using a combination of AI tools and human oversight. While we do our best to ensure high quality and relevance, these documents are intended to be used as a starting point and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or professional advice.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and verifying any documents provided by the platform before making business or financial decisions based on them.

If you choose to request a quote for your project, our team will aim to respond within 24 to 48 hours. Quotes are valid for a specified period and are non-binding until accepted.

Should you accept a quote and proceed with development, additional terms will apply to that build. These include (but are not limited to):

• A signed agreement outlining the scope of work
• Payment of an upfront deposit or full project fee as outlined in the quote
• Agreed timelines for delivery
• A defined revision and handover process

The specifics of these terms will be made available at the time of quoting and prior to commencement of work.

All ideas submitted to I Have an Idea remain the intellectual property of the person or entity that submitted them. We do not claim ownership over your core idea or concept.
